Open training WorkOut at HSE in Park Pobedy

On Sunday, April 21, we will gather together with the Moscow team The Patriots and 100-day training participants on the site in Park Pobedy to practice and have fun. We will analyze the technique of performing basic exercises with beginners , with more experienced participants we are going to try complicated freestyle techniques.
